Our mission is to bring the delights of Tibetan food to the UK! We love travelling around to different events, especially in the summer when we have a busy calendar of music festivals and food fairs.
Hearty, filling and affordable Tibetan meals to festival goers
Our team will gladly advise you and let you sample the dishes if you’re a newbie to Tibetan cuisine, and aren’t sure what to try…
Our simple menu includes vegetarian and vegan options and is cooked onsite using carefully sourced good quality ingredients.
See our environmental and ethical aims for more about our ingredient sourcing.
We provide a range of fair-trade organic drinks and snacks, herbal teas and soya milk in addition to our popular homemade spiced milk tea and yoghurt mango shake.
We can also do breakfasts. We haven’t had much call for the traditional Tibetan breakfast of ‘tsampa’ – roasted barley flour, but our breakfast menu can include anything from rice porridge and ‘tingmo’ steamed bread with tasty chilli scrambled eggs, to traditional British breakfast with British bacon, sausage and beans.
Contact us if you would like to add some Tibetan Flavour to your event this summer.
