We organise, support and host events which celebrate and raise awareness of Tibetan culture and heritage and support non-political Tibetan Charities in the UK and abroad.
We also support local community groups, schools and events.
Previous highlights have included: ceilidhs; banquet evenings; film screenings; cookery workshops; Christmas markets; Losar New Year celebrations; local street parties; craft workshops. Our last Celidh raised £900 for Rokpa International.
We offer continued support to the local Tibetan refugee community and Tibetan children’s social gatherings.

Amala’s gifts and Tibetan Crafts
‘Amala’ means ‘honourable Mother’ in Tibetan. Our ‘Ama’ sells a small selection of fairly traded Tibetan handicrafts and gifts inside the takeaway.
Ethically sourced prayer flags, incense and other delightful items- with profits going to Medecins Sans Frontieres.
